Excellent Opportunity for a PLUMBING ENGINEERING DESIGNER for surrounding Orlando, FL location

•Have the ability to get to and from the office and be present during normal business hours. •Must be capable of obtaining a Florida license. •Requires a High School Diploma; however, an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Technology with respect to Computer Aided Drafting or a 4-Year Mechanical Engineering Degree is preferred. •A CIPE or CPD Certification is preferred. •Revit experience is welcomed. •Requires minimum of 2 years experience in actual Plumbing Engineering Design with AutoCAD experience, a working knowledge of external referencing, blocks, layers, and attributes as they pertain to the Building Construction Industry. •Revit Experience or LEED Certification is advantageous. •Must be a dynamic individual with the ability and skills to coordinate the efforts of a multi-disciplined team. •The physical requirements can be stressful even though sixty percent (60%) of the time is spent sitting. Body movements include walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands and fingers. The sense of sight, hearing, and full power of speech are required. •Must be able to comprehend and perform business and engineering math calculations, and interpret engineering plans and drawings. Must be computer and Internet literate. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English to interact with clients, employees, vendors, and professionals. Must be able to write and read reports, make presentations to clients, vendors, and other professionals.
