Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Associate Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Allstate's Employer Brand presence and help us take Allstate's recruiting efforts to the next level with creative storytelling and innovative content creation.

This person will be responsible for the development and execution of talent attraction content strategies and engage audience pools to attract top quality candidates to work at Allstate. This role will also lead the collection of insights to inform all content strategies across key recruiting initiatives which include sales, claims, tech and early career. A deep knowledge of these talent segments makes this person well equipped to also support the development of marketing assets.

Although this person will support highly visible programs, they won't go at this alone. They will work closely with many internal and external partners to bring it all to life, which is why we need someone that possesses strong influential leadership and exceptional project management skills to lead the charge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Get creative and try new things! You'll maintain an editorial calendar that is authentic and engaging to potential candidates, showing what it's like to work at Allstate and our collective impact on society for the greater good.
• Research, strategize and execute! This means you'll be crafting the strategy, then writing the briefs to bring ideas to life- all while ensuring the plan is built upon research and data.
• Tell stories. We aspire to bring our content strategies to life through storytelling, that means you are an expert at surfacing compelling employee stories that showcase Allstate's culture across our global organization.
• You'll work cross functionally. It takes a village, so relationship building across many areas is critical to develop and curate content that amplifies Allstate's employee value proposition.
• Lead work that's rooted in strategic outcomes. Measuring our marketing impact against our goals is critical. You'll do this by monitoring and analyzing our social channel health and making optimizations as needed to our strategy.
• Challenge the status quo! Allstate is transforming so an ability to think differently will push us to be greater together.

Education and Experience:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing and/or recruitment marketing
• Ideally you also have experience in full cycle marketing project management
• Marketing agency experience is a plus
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and client relationship building skills
• Strong strategic thinker that displays growth mindset
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to influence decision making while using data
• Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
• Possession of excellent presentation and consulting skills, including the ability to influence others

Notes:

This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.

Compensation offered for this role is$84,500.00-$125,000.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
