Overview

Scoring Club is a high-end indoor golf club located in Coral Gables, featuring TrackMan-powered hitting bays, a PuttView-equipped putting green, and a curated golf retail space. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to support our daily operations and deliver a premium member experience.

Experience Required

• Must be enrolled in or have completed Level 1 of the PGA Associate Program or higher
• Prior golf industry or hospitality experience preferred
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Proficiency with technology and scheduling platforms (POS, CRM, TrackMan, etc.)
• Weekend and evening availability required

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations including facility readiness, cleanliness, and functionality of Trackman bays and PuttView green.
• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to members and guests.
• Manage scheduling and oversee front desk, part-time, and operations staff.
• Assist with member relations including onboarding, retention, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate private events, tournaments, and league nights.
• Support merchandise and retail operations including inventory, sales, and display.
• Work closely with the GM to implement club policies, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain operational standards for safety, technology, and cleanliness.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty in the GM's absence.
• Track daily usage, monitor bay scheduling, and report membership metrics.
• Assist with training and supervising staff to maintain brand standards and quality of service.
