We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Golf Professional to enrich our golf offerings and enhance member experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our professional staff to manage day-to-day operations and engage proactively with members and guests.

Experience Required

- Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, rules, and fundamentals.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong member relations and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to personal growth and golf education.
• Active PGA membership status or working towards membership is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

- **Golf Operations Management**: Oversee daily golf shop activities, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining inventory and merchandising displays.

• **Program Development**: Assist with organizing and managing tournaments, clinics, and junior golf programs to boost participation and member involvement.
• **Member Interaction**: Foster positive relationships with members; provide tours and lessons that promote our values and enhance the golf experience.
• **Facility Support**: Maintain high standards for practice facilities and coordinate with outside services to ensure a premium golfing environment.
