Job responsibilities
- Apply best-in-class business analysis practices to identify, assess, document, and communicate requirements to technology teams.
 - Conduct due diligence and analyze Line of Business processes.
 - Document current state (As Is) and future state (To Be) flows and data attributes.
 - Create gap analyses for existing processes and data flows.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and propose tactical and strategic solutions.
 - Participate in Agile solutioning and project delivery.
 - Assist in defining future operating models, control, and governance frameworks.
 - Translate business requirements into test plans and oversee development and testing.
 - Deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience and reduce costs.
 - Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong Business Analysis and problem-solving Techniques and discipline
 - Strong technical architecture acumen
 - Good presentation and story-telling skills
 - Ability to multitask and adaptive to change
 - Strong Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project and Power Point required
 - Hands-on experience in implementing solutions such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath and/or any other market leading platforms
 - Exceptional analytical skills to understand a diverse array of products and complex end-to-end workflows
 - Detail-oriented with a control mindset
 - Ability to manage unstructured situations and ambiguity
 - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for owning actions
