- Present and articulate content decisions to cross-functional teams and leadership, sharing your creative vision and rationale.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform ongoing improvements and keep our content strategy evolving.
- Set the bar for content quality, usability, and accessibility in every message and interaction.
- Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Understand the complexities of localizing content for a global audience.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in content strategy, UX writing, and digital communication.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, mentorship, and content excellence within the organization.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

- A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proven excellence in writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strategic approach and attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs into cohesive content solutions for data-dense, high-touch experiences.
- Strong skills in crafting tone, voice, and messaging for enterprise platforms, with specific experience in developing content guidelines from the ground up.
- Familiarity with Figma and other design tools with a track record of integrating these tools into content initiatives.
- Experience with accessibility, inclusive design, and localization, demonstrating a commitment to creating content that meets diverse user needs globally.
- Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for fostering stakeholder relationships and navigating dynamics of a large team.
