We are seeking a passionate and innovative ERP Architect to become part of Qlik's Business Acceleration Technology team. In this position, you will drive the strategic design and integration of our enterprise systems and operational processes. You'll collaborate with architecture, build, and finance teams, as well as engage directly with key stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and translate business needs into effective, future-ready technological solutions. Your technical acumen, combined with strong communication and leadership abilities, will help ensure that our ERP ecosystem delivers meaningful value to those who rely on its capabilities.

- Stakeholder collaboration: Works with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, bridging the gap between business and IT teams.
- Security and compliance: Ensures the system adheres to security standards and best practices, and manages user and process security.
Here's how you'll be making an impact:
- Play a crucial role in aligning technology strategy with business goals, involving understanding business requirements and crafting a technology roadmap that guides the organization's technological investments
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, assist in selecting appropriate technologies, defining standards governing systems integrations, and ensuring all technology initiatives align with overall architecture principles and align to Qlik standards
- Engage with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, facilitating discussions regarding technological needs while also communicating the benefits and risks associated with different architectural choices.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, as well as creating policies and models for evaluating new technologies, and ensuring their alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Continually assess and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact to the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, standards, and guidelines, ensuring stakeholders have access to necessary information and helps maintain consistency across the organization.
- Provide oversight to ensure enterprise initiatives adhere to the established architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
- Lead and guide the technology architecture team in defining and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient architecture solutions for various systems including identifying opportunities for process improvement while proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Oversee and ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise standards, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.
- Produce and maintain architectural artifacts, including blueprints, roadmaps, and governance models.
- Proactively identify and mitigate architectural risks, particularly around data pipelines, interface disruptions, and cloud transitions.
