Brown University Health is seeking dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologists, CT Scan Technologists and MRI Technologists to join our Diagnostic Imaging teams across our system in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, Newport Hospital, Saint Anne’s Hospital, Morton Hospital and Brown Health Medical Group.
Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the department leadership and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. The technologist is responsible for producing high-quality images that assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment, while ensuring patient safety, comfort and confidentiality.
Lead Technologist opportunities are also available for experienced candidates looking to take on additional leadership and mentoring responsibilities within the departments.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in appropriate modality.
- Current and valid Rhode Island Department of Health license to practice if applicable.
- Must hold a current American Heart Association BLS Provider certification.
