As a Program Manager, you'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives for an enterprise client, aligning multiple interdependent projects to strategic goals while balancing scope, schedule, financials, and risk. You'll drive governance, foster collaboration, and provide clear, executive-ready visibility into progress and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define program vision, goals, success criteria, and strategic alignment with business objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of multiple related projects and workstreams
- Establish and lead governance rituals, decision frameworks, and operating cadences
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and resource utilization
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and standardize processes and delivery practices
- Build clear communication channels and deliver concise updates to stakeholders and executives
- Support change management, readiness, and adoption of new capabilities
- Track performance via KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; enable data-driven decisions
- Serve as escalation point for project-level impediments and ensure timely resolution
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of relevant work experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking)
- Proficiency with program/project tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet (or similar)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; influence at all levels
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones; adaptable to shifting priorities
