Description
Project Management Responsibilities include:
Responsible for bidding process start to finish
Identify projects to bid and consult with Owner for each potential project
Organize and construct bid docs, sub invitations, etc and lead clerical staff in process
Proficient and familiar with bidding a variety low voltage systems including Fiber, Copper, DAS, A/V
Responsible for assigned project(s) start to finish
Develop and implement work plans for crews
Progress Meetings
Schedule Updates
Change Orders
Report directly to company owner
Requirements
Strong computer, verbal, management & technical writing skills
Proficient in Estimating
Proficient in MS Office and MS Projects a must
Multi-tasking skills with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Teamwork, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
