Description
Position Purpose
As Warehouse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HVAC equipment part sales, increasing sales revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone. Additionally, you will oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring organized inventory management and timely fulfillment of parts orders. This blended role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage warehouse logistics effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. - Increase sales of HVAC equipment parts through direct customer interaction and phone support.
- Handle all customer parts inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process warranty replacements for equipment parts and assist with resolving customer collection issues.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and functional warehouse environment, including exterior grounds.
- Assemble special order items and provide general support on parts issues and warehouse needs.
- Assist in processing inventory orders, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and managing inventory accuracy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge relevant to HVAC equipment and control systems.
- Adhere to safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified operation of a forklift.
- Experience in HVAC or warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements
- This position may involve standing for extended periods and working in tight spaces.
- This position may require lifting to 75 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
- This position may require climbing ladders and the ability to function at heights.
