Job Title: Management Analyst
Description: Vinedise LLC is seeking a results-driven Management Analyst. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field and 36+ months of relevant experience in QuickBooks, Finale, Google Sheets, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Trello, Monday.com, Notion, Lark, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision making, process improvement, and cross-functional projects across our ecommerce consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
1.Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Lark for advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and collaborative scenario simulations to identify key operational issues and propose targeted process improvement solutions.
2.Use Finale to generate detailed operational and inventory reports, with intuitive visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
3.Leverage QuickBooks for precise financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure compliance, enhance reporting accuracy, and guide strategic financial planning.
4.Manage tasks, assign responsibilities, and track project milestones using Trello and Monday.com, ensuring seamless collaboration, visibility, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
5.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams using Lark for real-time communication, Notion for centralized documentation and workflow planning, and Google Sheets for shared data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and co-develop solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
6.Prepare clear and professional presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to communicate analytical findings, project outcomes, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
7.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes using Excel, Finale for Inventory KPIs, and Google Sheets for trend tracking, enabling continuous improvement, operational optimization, and evidence-based refinements.
