Description
Logan Capital Management is seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the firm’s investment communications and lead the development of next-generation AI-enabled workflows. This role sits at the intersection of investment knowledge, client communications, and technology, and will play a key role in scaling the firm’s ability to respond to due diligence requests while building a centralized, intelligent knowledge infrastructure.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience who is interested in both traditional asset management and the application of AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Preference for candidates in the Philadelphia area.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & RFP Support
- Draft, update, and maintain responses for RFPs, DDQs, and client questionnaires
- Partner with investment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
- Build and maintain a centralized content library of approved responses and firm data
- Improve turnaround time and quality of client deliverables
AI Infrastructure & Knowledge Management
- Help design and build an internal AI-powered knowledge base leveraging firm-wide data (investment philosophy, portfolio data, commentary, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows across RFPs, reporting, and internal processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders to standardize and structure data for AI utilization
- Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance productivity across teams
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with investment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency of information across all external communications
- Support ad hoc strategic projects aimed at improving scalability and operational efficiency
- Assist in developing best practices for data governance and content management

- Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in investment-related content
- Excellent oral/written communication ability.
- Strong ability with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and accounting software.
- Interest in AI tools and their application in business workflows (experience is a plus, not required)
- High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data systems is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment.
- Initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to apply training and past experiences to new tasks, and perseverance even when venturing into unknown areas.

By improving the efficiency and quality of due diligence responses and introducing AI-driven workflows, this position will help the firm scale its client communication capabilities while reducing operational burden on senior team members.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a financial services environment desired.
- 1+ years completing request for proposals required.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
