Description

Engineering Project Manager needed for Red Oak Tech located in San Jose, California. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Digital Content Management Systems (DCMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms for clients located throughout the U.S. Define, manage, and track project schedules, deliverables, and execution to ensure timely completion of software development initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project tasks, risks, dependencies, and program issues, and resolve conflicts to support project continuity. Communicate project scope, timelines, risks, and overall program status to project teams, stakeholders, and management. Utilize knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to support project planning, execution, and documentation. Analyze system performance metrics, user workflows, and feedback to support feature planning, system improvements, and user experience objectives. Master’s degree in Marketing and 2 years of experience performing the job duties listed above. Must be willing to travel and relocate. Salary range $388,918 to $400,000.
